As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering top-tier service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manager
• Key Responsibilities not limited to:
• - Build strong, collaborative relationships with the team, suppliers, and other departments to ensure open communication.
• - Lead and manage a passionate front-of-house team, providing ongoing development, feedback, and motivation.
• - Maintain high-quality service standards, ensuring memorable dining experiences through expert food, beverage, and service knowledge.
• - Take ownership of restaurant operations, instilling a commitment to sustainability and excellence in hospitality.
• - Manage rostering, timesheet approvals, and labour costs, balancing high-volume periods efficiently.
• - Oversee reservations, build relationships with regular guests
• - Monitor WHS procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
• - Check stock levels, order supplies, and implement stocktakes.
• - Liaise with the kitchen regarding menus and daily operations.
• - Build and maintain a good working relationship including communication with all other departments.
• - Monitor and report on restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• - Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• - Organising regulated and preventative maintenance measures
