We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Landscape Designer / Architectural Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in designing and developing creative outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about landscape design, sustainability, and urban planning and is eager to grow within a collaborative and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design, planning, and development of landscape and architectural projects.
• Create conceptual sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site analysis, research environmental and zoning regulations, and contribute to design solutions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and visual materials for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and project managers throughout all project phases.
• Support project documentation, detailing, and construction administration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new design technologies.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
• Will train the AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visualization and graphic presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of planting design, site planning, and construction materials.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with GIS mapping, parametric design (Grasshopper), or BIM tools.
• Understanding of local building codes and landscape regulations.
• Prior internship or project experience in landscape or architectural design.
