About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Assistant who will play a crucial role in managing sales inquiries, order processing, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and excel in providing professional and friendly assistance to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person, offering prompt and courteous service.
- Process sales orders efficiently using the MYOB accounting system.
- Manage credit applications and credit control processes.
- Carry out general office tasks such as filing, ordering stationery, and managing mail.
What We’re Looking For:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and reliability.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a drive to acquire new clients.
- The capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- High motivation and adaptability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
