全职/兼职销售 Sales Associate（欢迎应届/转行）

岗位职责（包括但不限于）：

- 开拓市场并获取销售线索
- 日程管理，安排预约
- 准备挂牌资料包（Listing Kit）并执行房源营销
- 与卖方、买方/投资者沟通协调
- 客户数据库（CRM）维护与管理
- 参与销售会议与培训
- 按需完成其他日常办公室相关工作
