-Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including document control, reports, budgets, and project updates.

-Attending site progress meetings, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items with both internal and external stakeholders.

-Assisting Project Managers with project coordination and administrative tasks.

-Providing general administrative support and undertaking other ad hoc duties as required.
