KYZ Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable Site Engineer to join our growing team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with at least 1 year of industry experience who is looking to build a long-term career in construction and civil engineering.

Salary
From $65,000 package, with higher remuneration available for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Conduct site inspections and support quality assurance processes.
• Identify and assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure project works are completed in accordance with schedules and project requirements.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in site engineering, construction, or civil works.
• Willingness and ability to work on construction sites. This is a site-based position and not an office-based role.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
• Valid Australian driver's licence.
• Own car.
• Additional experience in civil or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of Australian construction standards and regulations.
